We rent props such as helmets, torsos, swords, and commandments.

*If you rent and board a cruise ship (30 minutes), the fee will be 3,000 yen for 1 group.
*It is a simple experience such as just putting on the helmet and trying on the torso.
★Ashigaru set (armour included) Rental time: 30 minutes
Complete set rental including helmet, torso, gauntlets, shinguards, and sword.
[3000 yen for adults, 1500 yen for children]
*Adults: 1,000 yen, children: 500 yen for every additional 10 minutes
*It takes about 15 minutes to wear the entire set. (Rented for 30 minutes after dressing is completed)
If you would like to use the ashigaru set (armor with costume) without a reservation, please inquire in advance about availability.
★Adult armor is suitable for people with a height of around 140cm to 180cm.
*Adult armor is a set of helmet, torso, shin guards, gauntlets, and sword. (Hakama and half-clothes will be charged separately)
★Children’s armor is suitable for children between 100cm and 130cm tall.
*Even if you are a minor, if you wear an adult size, you will be charged the adult price.
*Children’s armor is a set that includes a torso, jinbaori, and sword.

・For your safety, a military commander or staff member will accompany you when you stroll.
・If you are on a cruise ship, you can rent it without any extension fee while waiting until the end of the 30-minute cruise.
・A separate fee is required to board the cruise ship.

・The event may be canceled in case of rain.

This is the service fee for opening a store at an event.

Children are elementary school students or younger.
If you cannot wear children’s armor, it will be charged as an adult regardless of age.

The experience time includes the time to change clothes.
In addition to a set of “costume attached” armor, a work robe, socks, and underground tabi are included in the set.

In addition to a set of “costume attached” armor, a work robe, socks, and underground tabi are included in the set.
It is possible to wear armor only within the same group. However, costumes will be charged separately.
Transportation expenses (actual expenses) will be charged separately. (If you start from Hayashima Town and use the expressway, the actual cost will be added)
If it takes more than 4 hours, 2,000 yen will be charged separately for each additional 1 hour of armor.
If it is more than 4 hours, 2,000 yen will be charged separately for each additional 1 hour.
If you are outside Okayama Prefecture, you will be charged an expedition fee (10,000 yen) separately.
Please secure the experience place and obtain permission by yourself.
If you want to take a walk outdoors, please obtain permission from the land manager or each department in advance.

Precautions
・For reservations and inquiries, please contact us by e-mail or inquiry form.
・Please refrain from making direct inquiries to the venue or facility. Please be sure to contact the Okayama Sengoku Project.
・Contents may vary depending on the event and venue.
・Reservations must be made by 20:00 2 days in advance. (Example: Reservations made on March 3 until 20:00 on March 1)
・ When making a reservation, please let us know the “desired date, desired time, name, contact information, number of people”. We will get back to you shortly.
・ In the case of reservation cancellation, a cancellation fee of 50% the day before and 100% on the day will be charged.
・ If there is a vacancy on the day, you may be able to experience it.
・ The time required and the price may change depending on the experience venue.
・ Clothes may get dirty due to armor, so please prepare underwear, work clothes, military shoes, underground tabi socks, etc. that can get dirty. (You can also rent it.)
・ The armor is a one-size-fits-all, but it is generally intended for those who are 150 cm ~ 180 cm and have a girth of 100 cm or less.
・Children’s armor (around 100~130cm) is also available.
・Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
・ Depending on the armor, there may be some feeling of use.
